Hey girls ~ I hope I'm still in. You can rack me up on the sick, sidelined, and otherwise too busy to stop list. Hope everyone is feeling okay. The week or better of rain in SoCal knocked me out physically and mentally.
I haven't had the opportunity to catch up on the thread, challenges, weigh ins... but hope to take the time at lunch to do so. Be good and I'll be back!

I lost a little bit this week. Not what I wanted. B U T a step in the right direction. I only have 2 weeks to lose 2 1/2 pounds. Got to get errrrrr done. Im proud of myself I didn't get frustrated and eat the first thing that didn't eat me first. I had a few almonds and left the house. Came back with some healthy groceries and ready to have some lunch. Hope everyone is having an op day. Catch ya all later

As for myself, I fell off the wagon for about a week, but I'm back. Had some stuff to deal with. Didn't gain but didn't lose either. I am sick, and exercise sends me into a coughing fit, so working on eating right again. Everyone seems to be doing so great. Keep up the good work.
Peggy~did you get my weigh in last night?? My puter belched a BIG glitch. Then I tried to send you a pm a few minutes ago it says it didn't send it. Im sorry for the puter belch. Hope I didn't mess myself up with the challenge!!!!
I have gained about 5 lbs the last week. I spent most of it munching all day everyday. I have gotten back into exercising again thankfully. That has helped take my mind off of munching all the time.
melissa-- I'm sorry to hear that. I hope things work out for you in the future.
Spkle-- I hope everything goes good with the move.
Well, I've lost another pound since Sunday's weigh in. Whoo-hoo! I'm almost out of the 150's! And only 4.4lb to go before I meet my goal for this challenge.

Aw Thanks Dixie, I am going to start a new program I found on line called the one hour runner. I am hoping by building gradually that me knee will stay on my body and I can get my mileage up to do a 1/2 marathon.
MsAugie, I feel your 5 pounds, we all have those weeks. Good for you getting back to the exercise.
mothermavis, that is SO awesome about finishing the c25k program. I am starting to do this program and its nice to see that it has actually worked!
I am trying to do better with the eating. It is so cold here again, so no outside walks this week. I am going to go to the gym though. I just seem to lose motivation. I'm working on it though.

Hi everyone! My DH did get the job in east Tn, so today we put our house on the market. Sorry I've been gone, I've been spending a whole lot of time getting the house all ready to show. Looks like we're good to go now. I'm going to be kind of sporadic still for a while, because I'll be in transition, but I'm still sticking with my healthy eating and trying to avoid stress eating. This week I didn't have a loss, but no gain either. Still at 216.5
