I eat cereal for snacks (try for a healthier type), granola bars, veggies, tuna salad on crackers, fruit and cheese, peanut butter on low cal bread, yogurt

Eny- we miss you but can understand that's really hard work
So I'm around. I've been busy with work. I'm hoping to show a loss this week, but haven't been able to weigh in and check it out (so it will be a suprise for me too). The exercise has been lacking, I do what I can but this cold really won't let go.
I'm going to aim to do my strength training tonight and half an hour of cardio. My food has been mostly on plan, although I'm still starving all the time right now. I've been heating up veggies though and just eating bulk when I get the munchies (because if I'm really hungry then broccoli should satisfy, if it's just a craving then bah). Hope you're all doing well.
