I Am calorie counting as most know~I am on 1400 a day.(although I am on the low side of calories~my doctor gave me the okay with that amount)
And I am up to walking 45 minutes 2 x's a day. My first few months was very different but with each new weight loss I felt better than I would have if I was eating more. So I placed it in my mind that hey if you don't have that then you may be 8 lbs less next month or some type of loss and so on~ and eventually I am pretty well use to the change~I even sometimes get full.
Its a mind game~I quit smoking too over a year ago and I say overeating is the same type of bad habit~both can delivery bad health problems and both are addictions.
I Always say if you goof up ~we all have~ just start back eating right promptly the next day and never give up~If I can do it anyone can~I have always been overweight and no support from the family I grew up with~My husband and 3 children Are awesome ~Which helps.
I think the more people/and yourself see results the better you feel and the better your will power will become so just hang in there and remember NEVER EVER EVER GIVE UP! I will be on here to watch you get to your goal and I hope you will do the same for me.
Oh,I started on November 11th 2008 So it's been nearly 7 months..and some super results.
