This weekend wasn't that great. I did gain, but I'm back on track. Walked a mile today. I'm so glad to have this challenge. I know it will help me stay on track.

Hi everyone sorry I've been MIA the last few days.
The weekend did not go well for me and I'm up a pound, GRRR.
Today hasnt been so great either, you'd think I'd be motivated after messing up the last couple days but today I just feel blah. I've been snacking off and on and I cannot convince myself to get on the elliptical.

WELCOME! To those who recently joined.

Christian: Sounds like we're kinda in the same boat. Except you're back on the wagon today and I'm not, lol.

I'll be back on tomorrow and hopfull be ready to start getting some more lbs off.

Okay to join in? I'm ready to get started again. I joined the gym today and can't wait to get back into exercising regularly. I lost 25 pounds joining weight watchers last fall and have gained half back. I'm ready to pick up where I left off. I'm also a SAHM/ taxi driver (not really..just drive everyone around). My goal for thankgiving is to be able to wear something nice I already own to Thanksgiving dinner and still be able to breath

Monique- I have been where you are SO many times, I am sure once you get your grocerys in the house you will be back on track, I made it through day one again yesterday and I am recommited and you will be too

Losing4another, of course you can join in, I used to do WW myself and it is a great program, I am sure you will get the results you want between that and the gym, Thanksgiving her we come

I'm back! LOL I've been down with a cold lately, and between that and my son's birthday (party was Sunday, but today's the actual day) there hasn't been much time to come check in here.

this morning, I am at 275.2 and my Thanksgiving goal is 270, so I'm getting there!

Congrats to everyone who is op today and who is working towards a healthier lifestyle.

And for those who are having a rough day.... You CAN do this!!!! Make one healthy choice today, and two tomorrow Baby step your way to the future you want

Hi Christie & everyone!

I am pretty new to 3FC (two weeks) and it took me that long to find the challenge forum.

Anyway, I would really like to join the Thanksgiving challenge so I hope you'll let me in!

Here are my goals for the challenge:
SW: 176
CW: 176 ( TOM)
GW: 160

I am 42, calorie counter, faithful exerciser, stay-at-home mom with two girls (14 & 11). I am working on a mini-challenge for myself of 10 lbs. gone by Oct. 18th and I am down 3.5 on that so onward and downward!!!

Of course you can join in, way to go for losing those 3.5 toward your mini goal I too am a stay at home mom, and I need to up my exercise, it looks like you are doing fantastic already in that area, so I am sure we will see you reach the goals you have set, glad to have you onboard

Yesterday was bad.
Today I am back on track!
This weight is REALLY trying to stick to me, it seems like I have to really work hard to lose 1 litl pound UGH!
It will be worth it!
Tonight I will be on my elliptival watching The Biggest Loser!

Hello all you beautiful losing ladies! i hope everyone is finding small victories in their days. even if it is turning down the goodies at the office meeting. I lost 3 lbs since last week so I have 9 to go before I reach my goal of 15 before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately I've started out this week on the wrong foot already eating big helpings b/c I'm stressed over big tests in school this week. No excuses. I'll do better tomorrow. Night for now.
