Hi ladies!
Its been a few days since I've been on the computer.
I'm kinda bummed. My eating has been great. I've been staying at about 1300 calories everyday. I definatly could be doing better with he excercise.
When I started the challenge I aimed to lose 12 lbs by thanksgiving, was 12 lbs in 10 weeks. Totally doable right?
Where her I am only 2 lbs down since I started the challenge. I dont understand. Ugh!
All I know is that if I dot kick it up a notch at this rate I will not reach my goal.
Anyway. This is Monday so I'm starting today fresh, as if it were my first day and I'm gonna try to start shedding some pounds.
I havnt had time to read through all of the posts, but it looks like everyone is doing SUPER good.

urockmom: Great going with the carrot cake! Make sure someone else eats it and quick! It is awesome when you can feel really good about not eating something that you really, REALLY love isn't it?
Today I went on the treadmill and then weighed myself and I lost two lbs!!
The funny thing is...TOM just came. I am finding that I am losing lbs when TOM comes. Does that happen to anyone else? I seem to plateau right before TOM.
As long as it drops, I am a happy chick! So now I have eight lbs to go before Thanksgiving.

I would love to get involved in this challenge. I had just set goals to lose 6 pounds by Halloween, but now I would like to lose 10 by Thanksgiving! I need support. Nobody really understands what I am going through. I wish you all well in your diet adventures!
You will fit right in here and I just want you to know that you are not alone and we all understand the struggles and emotions that losing weight and getting healthy can bring, You can do it and if I can help feel free to just jump on here and I will get back to you as quick as possible, and the other woman here are awsome!!

I'm spending my Thanksgiving in FLORIDA! Whooohooo!
Not only that, but it will be with my grandma who has made what I consider passive-aggressive remarks about my weight when I was younger, and I'd really love to show her how much I've changed - not to get approval, no no no, more of an in-your-face.
I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks, but I just started a 20 carb/day regime that I will maintain all the way through these seven weeks 'til Thanksgiving. My goal is to be UNDER 140 for the first time since... fifth or sixth grade! Yippee!!!
That only means I have nine or ten pounds to lose in about two months. I can't wait! Time to get working on that beach body!!!!
Madalin- You can SO do that...low carb helps me to lose so quickly, I know exactally how you feel with wanting to show someone something, my brother in law always makes me feel bad about my weight, so I am looking forward to making him eat his comments ( in a nice way of course )
Haven't been on for a few days. My daughter has Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease and has been out of school all week. Doing good with food and exercising. Hope everyone is doing good.
barb- Awww I hate that the little one has been sick, I am sending a big prayer her way And way to go on exercising and taking care of yourself through this too, sometimes it is really hard to stay focused when things are going hectic, so your doing great!

GW: 130
GW for this challenge--- would be to hit 145---so 11.8 lbs is what i'm aiming for--- it will put me under my pregnancy weight and its been two years since i've seen that number---
i started the shred yesterday---totally sore today but doing it again today--- going to have to push through it
and planning on bringing the elliptical into the house ---it just doesnt belong in the garage i need that thing in my face if i want to actually get back into using it
