Still 152.4!! It's my own fault for being smug. Yesterday, I thought, No problem, I'll be down at least 0.4 by tomorrow, easy! So the universe is punishing me. And I deserve it.

Next week I'm going to be travelling all week for seminars and so I won't have access to my scale or to my usual foods. I suspect I'll maintain ... I tend to do that when I travel.

I do plan to take my gym clothes and hit the gym at the hotel we're staying in.

We'll see how things look when I get back next Thurs.

Well after a 4 day hiatus on the weighing in front, I weighed in this morning. And I'm happy to see a loss.

sw: 284.8

i have been yo yoing between 287 and 284 for a while now. hopefully I have cracked that little seal! hehe

oh yeah and im .8 pounds away from my 30 pound lost mark!!! exciting!
