Hey chicks!

I want to be apart too! I really need some motivation.

For the challange I would like to lose 17 pounds. That means I will have to be REALLY strict. I KNOW I will be asking you guys for some advice!

Anywho, on to the WEED

W- 72 - 96 ounces a day.
E- I exercise 4-6 times a week. I will join the Y in 2-3 weeks (after another 7 pound weight lose)
E- I calorie count. I admit I eat empty calories sometimes. For example, instead of having an apple with peanut butter I will have some nips (a hard carmel candy). Well...I'll have about 4 of them which is 120 calories....same calories as a nutritious snack but not as fulfilling. I LOVE sugar! HELP! lol
D- Goal - to make more health conscious decisions. I dont want to get comfortable. I want to constantly improve on my new lifestyle (diet and exercise).

It's rather late so I won't make this post any longer than it has to be. I will post tomorrow with more info about myself. I look forward to getting to know you all better!! This is so exciting!!

Was much more pleasantly surprised today when I climbed on the scale... I'm down another 3 pounds... woo-hoo!

Goal is to have lost 20 pounds by the end of the challenge, so I'm on my way!

I remember loving Gershwin in a music class I had many eons ago in college - but can't think of the songs, clykk. Tx for the Welcome!

Up early and won't get to bed til about 4am . . . ah the joys of switching back to night shift. Trying to get a zillion little things done around the house that I didn't finish on my two weeks off. PLUS go to the store to stock up for my return to a saner woe!

Better toke up on a lot of WEED!

ugh, I just got back from vacation and things went horrible.. I drank every night and ate way too much.. I gained 5 pounds and the scale hit 200 for the first time in my life
horrible horrible horrible
I also had severe heartburn every day all day for the whole week.. so I think I have acid reflux disease now
we went to a water park yesterday and I felt sooo fat in my bathing suit walking around.. I really have to get back to the diet, its amazing how much I can mess things up in one week..

hey all im down 7 pounds which isnt much but its a big step for me , ive been going to the gym a lot, eating a lot better, im proud of myself. . . and of you guys this is hard

]My husband just left to start his new job. he will be back in 48 days to visit for 10 days. Hopefully by then my house will have sold. and i can leave with him but until then i have to keep my time occupied. So im going to work on losing 15 more pounds!
