Hey chicks!
I want to be apart too! I really need some motivation.
For the challange I would like to lose 17 pounds. That means I will have to be REALLY strict. I KNOW I will be asking you guys for some advice!
Anywho, on to the WEED
W- 72 - 96 ounces a day.
E- I exercise 4-6 times a week. I will join the Y in 2-3 weeks (after another 7 pound weight lose)
E- I calorie count. I admit I eat empty calories sometimes. For example, instead of having an apple with peanut butter I will have some nips (a hard carmel candy). Well...I'll have about 4 of them which is 120 calories....same calories as a nutritious snack but not as fulfilling. I LOVE sugar! HELP! lol
D- Goal - to make more health conscious decisions. I dont want to get comfortable. I want to constantly improve on my new lifestyle (diet and exercise).
