I've never joined any of the Binge-free challenges before. I know it started on Monday, but I think it would be good to start now. I have been binging often lately Today it was on a pumpkin roll and peanut butter. I need to get back on track and would love if I had help being accountable for it.
Yeah everybody! even those who are just picking themselves back up after a stumble (been there- you can't give up) Day 2, Day 2, Day 2 coming to a close and no binge yet!!!!!
I got a little lost in my peanut butter jar tonight... didn't devour the whole thing, but definitely had at least twice my allotted amount (2 tbsp.). I don't think this counts as a binge - it was out of control but nothing like what I call a binge...
Karen -- good for you! So glad you've made it! And I made it too. I definitely ate more "junk" than I would have liked (popcorn & chocolate), but I only had a little bit of each. And I enjoyed it. So I'm going to count it as a small victory.
Hey girls. I'm joining in here a little late but better late than never right? Had a good 3 days, a not so great day yesterday and a great back on track day today! I feel SO much better going to bed after not bingeing. Gotta keep it up!
Let's make this binge free day #3 ladies!!!! I just started off my morning with a nice cardio session and just finished up eating a hearty bowl of oatmeal w/homemade plum jam. Everyone have a great day!!!
Half way through the week and looking good! And yesterday, I got faced by a bunch of free donuts and cookies but held strong! I wish everyone luck going through the rest of the week
I've been binge free since October 9th!!!!!!!! Today has been a slight struggle since I'm sick and junk food sounds AWESOME right now, but I will NOT give in to temptation!
I'm 2 hours away from going binge free for 3 days!!! And honestly I have no desire right now to stuff myself with anything. I am starting to feel a bit hungry and since I'm still at work I'm gonna go munch on my carrots right now :-)
