I also saw a drop this morning but not enough to help the team. Unfortunately I signed up for the challenge well b4 Christmas at 149 ( I think). However back from vacation I was 154 but too late to change my starting weight. Today I am 152.8

WTG Monte!!
I'm hoping thus challenge will help me bust through the plateau too. I've been at 167-170 since Sept. Not sure if it's my lack of committment to my lifestyle change or my body saying- this is your weight

Wins today - I worked out for the third day in a row. That is huge for me cuz I tend to not stop working even for lunch.

Challeges- I ate 2 desserts. Although within my calorie range my dh oh so kindly pointed out that I probly should only have 1. And that if I want or need to eat more calories there is probably better things to eat. I hate it when he's right!

I've been staying on plan but after the first week of the big loss things have slowed down a lot. I sure hope they pick up by weigh in!

Hey everyone.
Not enough time to do personals, but did want to at least give a to chewy. Praying all the best for your dad!
For a quick check in, the weight has really been coming off this week, although it won't really help the team much because of my weight gain over the holidays. I guess at least I'll finally be under my starting weight though instead of having to post over finally! I am at 228.5 today and my starting weight posted was 229. Like I said, not much of a loss for the team, but in the past two weeks I have lost 10 pounds so I am still happy that I am finally going back in the right direction instead of gaining.

Down another pound this morning!! Yay! I'd been waiting for this kinda drop after the holidays. No time for personals, but keep up the good work, ladies!

ok so i am up a couple of pounds today... due to stress but i haven't been overeating so i don't understand.... i am quite irregular due to polycystic ovaries but I think TOM might be coming which would also explain the weight gain. I am highly cranky and emotional... so we shall see in a few days..

Okay, I've been watching what I eat and exercising almost everyday now for 3 weeks and I'm only gaining weight. I've been perfectly on plan and doing really good exercising (my endurance is way up) so I just don't get it. It obviously isn't working for me so I started a NEW diet today... the belly fat cure... so I've been watching my carbs and sugars. Hopefully by this time next week I'll see some improvement.

Toni- good luck with your diet change. What were you doing before?

Monte- Just wondering, will we have another boost challenge this week?

Well just checking in. Right now it's looking like a very small loss for this week, but still a loss. I guess you can't expect too much after a 9.8 lb week. I just really want to lose 1 pound this week. I'm already down 50 lbs from my overall start weight, but one more pound will put me at 50 lbs below my WW start weight! The weather was awesome here today, after a REALLY cold week and a half. I think I'm going to go walk Stone Mountain after work tomorrow; I've got to enjoy this last bit of nice weather before it rains and gets cold again!

I dont know how much of a loss I will have this week either.....after losing 9 pounds last week...this week will probably be just a little or the same.....guess that happens with the second week for any kind of plan.....it happens on the BL show...so I guess it can happen here! I'm hoping I have some weight loss though....we shall see.....good luck everyone!
