I just ordered an Urban Rebounder mini trampoline! I never realized these things accommodate up to 300 pounds! It should arrive on Friday...I'm hoping I can use it while watching television.

Quick check in ladies, then I'm off to do some of Mercy's circuits.

trying to get my eatin gback under control. I've been luck y to be active enough running around for the holidays to maintain, but the eating has got to get under control. So I've been back to logging it all in to Fitday. Over by 300 cals yesterday. Not so good, but I think I squeaked in today. I have to log in dinner to be sure.

I made some venison stew and some chili to eat of for a while. Eating out has gotten to easy for me to do again, so I made 2 big pots, so I feel guilty if I try to eat out. I did turn down my bosses offer of pizza today and had a lean cuisine instead, so that was good.

I hope things calm down here a little bit more so I can focus on me again. I packed up the xmas stuff last night, about to go haul it up to the attic, then Mercy's circuits. Yay!

K.. so here goes..going to try and remember everything from my "lost" post this morning lol
The dr. appt. went okay. I found him distracted but he really knows his stuff so I will overlook that.. this time haha. I will be having a colonoscopy on Monday to determine things. Right now they are looking at Celiacs and now a possibility that it is Crohns. As long as they can tell me something so I can stop playing guessing game I will be happy lol.

I'm weighing in before I leave, and that's going to be my weigh in. It's not going to be pretty, and it's going to be a big handicap. Then, I'm going to Mexico, where there is going to be lots of good food and drink. And I'm going to try not to be a pig. The day after I get home, my local gym has the weigh in for a 5-week Biggest Loser program which my husband and I will participate in (and did in November and I lost 15 pounds). I will go and I will work my TAIL off. Hopefully by the time I get back, my foot will mostly be healed up and I will be able to work out again. I will meet and beat the challenges. I will not cheat. I will kick butt. And I'll cheer everybody else on.

Don't stress the gain weeb... Christmas is not an easy time when it comes to weight loss.. The main thing is that you are not letting it get you down.. you are pushing through and staying focused!! You Rawk! Have fun in Mexico!!

I do that too day one.. but I have looked at it like this and it has worked.. Just tell yourself I will do 5 minutes and if I still feel like this then I can stop... but guess what? After 5 minutes I am pumped and ready to kick some butt ... MY OWN lol

That sounds like a great plan chiquita! and woo hoo for eating going good today.. I was right there with you yesterday.. being out of town for the day completely messed me up... but today was a great day as long as we just pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off.. we are going to keep rawking it!

I had a bit of a scare last night......I posted about in in the food forum. I dropped my pepsi addiction and adopted crystal light. I had been having heart palpitations for a couple of weeks now...never thought anything of it. I usually have one crystal light package a day...yesterday I had three. I was sitting watching TBL with DH and I started having heart palpitations, deep deep chest pain, felt nauseated, and was super super super sweaty. I thought I was having a heart attack or something! I told DH I do NOT feel right. After chugging a whole bunch of water and had an epson salt bath and I felt better. I did cal the nurses help line and they agreed that it sounded like a reaction to the aspartame.....but to go to the hospital if anything happened. So yeah, this morning I feel 10000 times better.

I have been exercising this week, which has been a positive, but overall I'm frustrated and upset with myself. I will try to get back on track right now--saying I will get back on track tomorrow is another one of my bad habits! Spaghetti squash with tomatoes, basil and low-fat feta for dinner! I will try to work hard between now and Sunday so not to let down the team at weigh-in. I work the next 4 days, and right now, work days are actually less stressful than home days.
I can relate to eating to deal with stress.. I did that this past June when my good friend and co-worker who was 8 months pregnant past away suddenly, so did the baby. I shot up about 15 pounds in 2 months. When I weighed in at my heaviest ever in August, that is when I decided I had to stop that distructive behaviour.. was a huge AH-HA moment for me... and yes I have had slip ups but realizing I was only hurting myself instead of actually helping myself gets me right back up and at it. Good Luck Sweety.. I know you can do it!!!

I hate power outages! Even when it happens in the dark of night..if the power goes out it still wakes me.. LOL but I so love your romantic candlelight dinner of PB&J sandwiches... so cute! haha

Good for you Nella for turning down the pizza... so not an easy thing to do, especially if you are hungry and it is close to meal times! I am curious about the venison.. I have heard that is one of, if not THE leanest meat one can eat.. like next to 0calories! Do you know if this is true.. and ..how does it taste.. i am intrigued yet.. still a chicken when it comes to trying something completely new.. haha

Oh, I am soooooo behind! Will get to personals in a bit...
I have been doing great the past 3 days! I'm so proud of myself. I'm staying under 1800 calories (which livestrong.com says I can have a little over 1800 and lose 2lbs. per week). I've been trying to stay between 1500-1700.
We are expecting snow tonight or early tomorrow morning!!!! Yes, I'm excited because we do not get snow often here in Mississippi, actually its pretty rare to see enough to have fun in. I feel like a little kid again anticipating the first (and probably only) snow of the year!!!
I did get to watch BL last night and it was a very good episode. I was upset about the 2 teams having to leave in the beginning, but very happy that Bob and Jillian stopped them. I knew they couldn't just leave like that without some kind of twist. Haha!
Oh yeah! I finally bought Jillian's 30 Day Shred. I'm anxious to try it out!!

Ok...personals...here we go!

AMYC: Glad to hear that you are excited!! I like to hear it because it makes me want to do more too.

Angela: One of my good friends has Crohns...I am praying that you do not have it too. She gets by but is very limited on what she eats. However, I have heard "The Maker's Diet" is a good book to follow if you are diagnosed with that. Keep us posted!

Turning30: I do not miss the days of the awful cutting teeth...hang in there, you can do it!!

babygrant: That is very scary! Glad to know that you are ok!! I had a bit of a scare the other day too...Sunday morning. I was dizzy and had a bad headache. I don't know what was going on with me. Thank goodness, it only lasted for that day and did not continue.

Ok, done with personals today. Sorry for not getting to the other pages, ladies. Can you please find it your hearts to forgive me??!!

TURNING30: I have a 10 month old. How old is your baby. My others are 4 and 6. I totally relate to stress caused by youngins. Love them to bits but can we not all want something at once!!! Hopefully, the teething won't last too long. Aren't we blessed.

I haven't seen it yet!!! I watched it last season on clicker.com. But the thing is you have to wait 8 days after it airs to be posted on clicker. Anyone know of anywhere online to watch it sooner?

In-laws are coming in tonite. We are taking them to dinner and then having a dinner party tomorrow night. So I need to eat healthy tonite and plan on healthy stuff for the dinner party.

Selena- on the workout while watching BL. I know how busy you are, great that you fit it in.

Angela-Thanks for the extra challenge. Since I can't get a workout in today with going to airport then dinner I will def do these tonite when we get home.

Dream-Thanks...those are my two dd's I'm with. Just can't believe how grown up they are now. But I do remember the days I used to drive my older dd around to get her to go to sleep! lol! She was such a pain she never wanted to sleep. She used to be the same way sound asleep lay her down wide awake! Can be frustrating but do enjoy this time in your life. It goes by so fast. For getting the workout in anyway with a toddler hanging off of you.
