20 minutes stationay bike
20 minutes circuit machines/strengthening
20 minutes treadmill
May 240 minutes walking at lunch
30 minutes elliptical
20 minutes stationary bike
30 minutes yoga
I'm gonna make it to New Jersey even if it kills me!
May 340 minutes PUSH.tv
30 minutes intense housecleaning (.e. lots of stretching and toning worked in to 2 hours f cleaning)
Total = 270 minutes and panting on the beach in endorphin high!
