Beautiful loss Sue!

Frannie I'm always hungry for breakfast, but often I don't want dinner. I always pay on the scale the next day if I skip.

In the single digits Ali! Awesome.

Jessie, to help me see the bigger picture with my weight I write it down each day on the calendar. Then each day as I write it down I can look up and see one week ago....there is always a loss no matter what yo yo nonsense happens day to day.

Antonia... I am glad that you are doing better (Back) and look.. you must be healing as your body is giving up on the water!

Jessie..I think that that scale might surprise you.. sometimes Alcohol can dehyrdrate you... so you just never know! But Tomorrow that scale will make you smile!

Not sure what prompted such losses the last couple of days – but I will take it! Lol

Frannie, yes I struggle so much with breakfast – and if I even see an egg ---- blah! Lol I’m way burned out on them. Yesterday bout 11am I had taco salad for breakfast!

Montes – great advice on looking at the weekly losses as well, really helps you see what you’re accomplishing --- I’ve also been keeping up with when I lose 10lbs. And realizing how quickly that’s happening gives me a big boost esp b/c sometimes it feels like it’s taking years lol

Sue – feeling good about the challenge – I am 6lbs away from making goal…. I really hope to smash my goal lol Don’t sweat that lb either, it’s going to be leaving and taking some friends!

Jessie – no worries, it’ll be gone asap! And at least you had some enjoyment with that lb lol – I always hate the lbs I gain and have nothing to go, well at least that was worth it lol

Let's not talk about this weekend...I had 3 days off and all I did was lounge around and stuff my face. I have no clue why I get so off track on the weekends and undo all my progress from the week. Goal is to get through this weekend without sabotage.

Ali - I made sausage balls yesterday for breakfast and packed them for the next few days instead of eggs. I get sick of eggs too!
Recipe: 4oz cheddar, 4 oz sausage, 1 beaten egg, 1 cup almond meal. Mix all together, rol into balls and bake. I estimated around 1 net carb per ball, and ate 6 for breakfast....SOOO good!

That sounds like a great idea KC! Thank you - my hubby would love them too!!

Weekends can be very hard I know - I work at home, so for me it's not a whole lot different. I just treat it all the same and make sure I only have what I can eat at home (or if you have other's in the house that don't eat the same seperate your foods from theirs). The only thing I can say that helps is to plan - I've not done too good at that the last few days though lol

Taking a small break from the scale...will weigh again on the 1st.

Kind of went off the wagon a bit last night. I was cooking some italian sausages in sauce and it just smelled so good, and I was starving for some bizarre reason...so I shredded up a bunch of mozzarella, added in 1/2 a pkg of pepperoni, and dumped sauce over the whole thing. Basically pizza in a bowl. It was so yummy, but I had already eaten everything I was supposed to for the day. I haven't put it in my tracker yet, but I'm sure I went way over my carbs. Oh well, today is a new day.

Just checking in....on the road and gearing up for vacation at the end of the week!! Still haven't cracked 169 but I am ok with that right now...it's so important for me not to re-gain at this point. I finally had the time to go get the blood work that the doctor ordered so maybe I'll hear something by Friday - I asked for that large/small cholesterol test.....

I read something recently about focusing on getting healthy not skinny and I encourage you to build healthy habits....next week it will be one year since I started walking/exercising...I like to think of it as focusing on me time!! HA! Because I am worth it and so are YOU!!

I see there has been a lot of downdowndown and that is awesome!!!

Best wishes for an on-plan day!!
