I thank you Lulu... and at first I was going to just stay with my old scale and then just add on 14 more lbs to lose.. but... I have a long run still to go 90+ still left to lose. and might as well get the pain over and done with now. I bought a Health O Meter digital scale at Walmart ( my old scale was a Health O Meter dial scale) so I hope they don't talk to each other LOL unless its good! LOL

I am down to 254.6 this morning and I did see 238-239 on my old scale which did make my heart so happy... and at least I am down to my lowest from before (240.5) so happy about that.. Now to get back into the 240's!!

well I am 173 this morning....up 3 pounds! How in the bloody dickens did I manage that one? The 5 days of no exercise and eating a little off might have been the culprit but 3 pounds overnight??

I am so happy... 252 and 238 on my old scale.. The lowest in almost 10 years!!! OH YAY!!!!!! I am so happy. I hope you all had a NICE number on your scale. The whoosh fairy was flying far and wide last night I heard!

Congrats Wannaskipandlaugh!!!! Nice to have a new low number!!!!! Very proud of you - taking lemons and making lemonade!! You are a very strong person!!!

Holding steady but huge non-scale victory!!! Went to Walmart with my husband yesterday to get him some new work pants so of course I spent time trying on clothes for a little reality check. There are no more "just my size" jeans sizes for me!! I had to try on "regular" jeans - honestly I can't remember ever wearing a size at didn't have a "w" at the end of it - it kind of threw me for a loop. Later in the day, I went to Dress Barn to get a new suit because my family said everything looks too big now. The pants (14w) came from the plus side of the store and the jacket came from the "misses" side of the store because the 14w jacket was too big!!

Sabotage of the day: My mom brought a box of maple sugar candy home from Canada and left it at my house yesterday!! Going to send it to my son!!

Lulu.. Bigtime NSV! getting normal # clothes to wear.. TeeHEE. that is such a wonderful feeling.. Almost unbelievable too sometimes.. but you have proof now...! Yeah.

Me... Hooray... I am in my whoosh week and down to 251.2 (237 on old scale) and THRILLED to pieces! Maybe the crappy scale episode kicked my butt more.. as I feel like I have been on a mission again (Mara in another thread said I had my "fighter" back LOL Love it!) and I went shopping in Bealls (our local clothing store) and I bought a LARGE shirt.. Not a XL, Not a 1X a LARGE.. I know.. vanity sizing.. but it fits! WOoHOOOO I wanted to frame that moment!... But I am definitly in the XL 1X range now in tops... Pants.. not gonna even think about that yet.. tho all my shorts are now turning into skirts (I had made a bunch of wide legged shorts) and I have had to cut 1.5 - 2 inches of the elastic outta the waist too!

AH LIFE IS GOOD! and scale thing... a lesson learned and conquered!
