Hi all,
I've decided to transition off of low carb. I've spent the past two weeks slowly increasing my carb intake, and slightly lowering my calorie intake. I'm always going to keep an eye on carbs, but switching over to strict calorie counting will allow me to enjoy my favorite food in the world (good, hoppy beer) in moderation. I'll also be able to eat with my partner more often, which will make our relationship better.
I feel like I've beat my sugar addiction, and my life is much better for it
