Question Carbs/Fat/Protein Question for Calorie Counters

I'm posting this here b/c I have become a calorie counter recently. My reading of most the threads here leads me to believe that you are a knowledgable bunch of ladies. In an average healthy lifestyle (not trying to lose weight), what should the ratios be for caloric intake? 40% carbs, 30% fats, 30% protein is what the Zone recommends but I think that's for weight loss. Is it different just maintainance? I'll probably post the same Question in the maintainence forum but I wanted to hear from you experienced calorie counters.

Thanks for your help.
