Angry Journal - Thursday, August 2, 2001

We're finally getting some rain around here - it's been raining all night & is still going....

B:
Coffee (0/0)
FF yogurt w/cereal (3/3)

Snack:
Baker's breakfast cookie (4/7)

L:
Ham on 2 slices LF bread (2/9)
Carrots (0/9)
Nectarine (1/10)

Snack:
A couple of saltines & triscuits (1/11) - they make you snack after you donate blood

D:
1 cup skim milk (2/13)
Rest of leftover chicken veggie stir fry w/rice (6/19)

Snack:
WW 2 pt bar (2/21)
2 LF cinnamon sugar graham crackers (2/23)

Water:
100 oz plus

Exercise:
3 mile walk (45 minutes)

Point Range: 18-25

Good morning everyone!

Dairy: ** Fruit: Veggies:
EXERCISE: 45 minute walk
Multivitamin: *

Points range= 18-25

BR: 2 slices lite bread with ICBNB spray (1/1) &1 c. skim milk(2/3)

SN: 2 slices lite bread, plain(1/4)

LN: 2 fat free hot dogs(2/6), 2 slices lite bread(1/7), & 1 c. skim milk(2/9)

Note: Very busy day yesterday and didn't get a chance to finish posting the rest of my journal last night, although I did keep track of it in my head. I ended up with a total of 24 points for the day.

L: another lunch out...??? Okay, I'm not proud but here goes...

hot/cold antipasti 4?

salad/dressing 3
and yes they said it couldn't be done, but (thanks to that martini, all inhibitions were GONE)....chocolate mousse & hazelnut ice cream 10

d: no, not even the salad or the veg
exercise - can we muster up a walk after work today, people????

yes we did: body electric tape and a walk -2

tomorrow: bread (light of course) and water

1/2 a Chinese Chicken Wrap - 1/2 tortilla - 1, chicken - 2 Mayo-1, noodles - 1, grapes - 1

Evening - (13.5)
steak 4oz - 7, potato w/ oil -2, bok choy w/ oil-2, 1 rice cake - 1/2, icecream - 2

Total - 24.5

32oz water
exercise - 45 min brisk walk and 1/2 hr stomach / leg exercises - 2 activity points

Its raining here, the grass is greening up and I guess we'll have to mow this weekend.

forced out i suppose,but no one was putting a gun to my head

exercise: i certainly hope so, lets hope more than
dog run today - gym and dog run and some weeding eh? so not so bad

LM, at least you enjoyed yourself. Better than me hardly tearing myself away from the computer all day. Trying to get the work in today so I can start the weekend early tomorrow PM. I've been trying to bank some points in anticipation of birthday with my folks. I've been on a roll. I don't want to blow it now. I want to keep the momentum going if I can.
