Happy Friday, ladies!! Another warm day here in Wisconsin...

Exercise:
Two walks today for a total of 5 miles (bagged the rock climbing - too many errands to run )

exercise: done, gym this am with dad

point total for day: hopefully under 23
goal for today: drink that water and control those
urges

Katie...rock climbing??? whoa go you amazon!
It's blueberry season gals and a whole cup's worth is only 1 pt!

No blueberries or fish tacos for me either, LM, but lots of fresh veggies from the farm. Just joined a CSA, so I get a weekly share of the harvest.

Midday

melon 1
rice cake with soy butter 2

Evening
grilled veggie boca burger 1
small whole wheat pita 1
salad 0
grilled new potatoes 5
