What are the odds of that Cindi ? Now we'll have to lose it all like we did last time How could we let ourselves gain it back? Idiots! Well, you had a good excuse (your back problems) but mine was pure greed

Well I'm happy again today as my weigh in I've lost 2lbs, I'm finally on a roll

Still counting calories and doing exercise, we went for a really long bike ride yesterday, we did 9½ miles and my daughter came along and kept up with us really well - we took it steady but still burnt off over 350 cals, the sun shone and it was a lovely afternoon.

217 this morning, but I'm just back off holiday so I'm not counting it unless it hangs around beyond the weekend or early next week, until then I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and assume it's water And even if it is a proper gain, I saw a 2lb loss on the day I left to go away, so if i go on the weight I was the day before that, its only a 1lb gain, and I'm still lighter than I was 2 weeks ago so it's hardly a disaster. I mean, it's not like I've put the other 43lb back on, is it?

I like your reasoning YP even if it is a gain you're entitled you were on holiday for sake.

Welcome back YP!

Well done everyone - I've done really well this week, and had my biggest weekly loss so far - 3lbs! So that'll do me for this week and next, and I don't have to worry about next week's weigh in!

Keep up the good work, you bunch of LOSERS!!!

Janey

Definitely water. 1lb of it has gone already. And I'm sure that my running exploits today must have got rid of some more of it. And even if not, I can run 5k faster than people much lighter than me, so I don't care.
