Kathy, sorry you're worn out today. At least it's near the end of the week ... maybe you can be lazy all weekend. I should wish I never felt hungry!

Not sure what's on my menu for today. This is what I INTEND to eat ...

B: 1 egg/eggbeaters; ham steak; applesauce; diet V8 splash
S: 1 cup FF yogurt mixed with SF lemon jello
L: Ruby Tuesday salad bar and cup of healthiest soup
S: 2 Wasa crackers and Light LC cheese (points); pineapple
D: Don't really know other than a big chunk of carrot cake!

Just a question ... if you have light salad dressing as opposed to FF, can one tablespoon of that count as the 2 teaspoons of good oil? Or is it strictly points usage for all dressings other than FF?

Deborah, I guess it depends what kind of oil is in the dressing. If it is Canola or Olive Oil I think you could get away with calling it your good oil for the day.

Thanks, Vickie. Sadly enough, I never pay attention to the oils in salad dressings. I've been doing FF salad dressing for a long while now but McDonald's has the light balsamic vinagrette and Wendy's has the light Hidden Valley Ranch and I do generally get one of those with my salad since the FF french at Wendy's tastes pretty horrible to me and I'm not even sure if McDonald's offers a FF dressing at all. It would be nice if I could get the oil out of the way with one of those.

Do an extra 15 minutes on the treadmill for me, will you? Oh but that it would actually work that way!
