B- two slices of lean ham (was too lazy to cook, lol)
L- healthy choice split pea soup with ham
D- leftover rosemary chicken with beans
S- pumkin fluff (for dessert)
It was heaven! LOL! Take one entire tub of ff cool whip, 1 can pumpkin, 1 pkg vanilla pudding (sf/ff) and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice... mix everything but the cool whip and then fold in the cool whip... mine looked a little dry so I added a cup of ff milk and it was light and fluffy and made a ton!! I loved it (think pumpkin pie mousse or something) and my kids ate it up. I have enough to last a week I think, lol.
B: potluck brunch - various, non-core, non-WW items - lte's just say that "ate up" most of my 35 pts. for the week!

L: ground sirlion patty grilled w/ onions and mushrooms

s- baked pork chops & homemade fries & peas

It's been a hungry day, so its nice to know i can eat as much as I need of these "core" items. I hope it's as good as it smells!
