Default Menus for January 28th, Friday

NOW I'm hungry! Wonder why...

B: Coke on the way to work, but I forgot to bring my breakfast so I'm having sliced ham spread with cream cheese and rolled up. Very good, low points, but not Core.

L: Tossed salad -- they ordered pizza at work but I was good and didn't have any! The admin called and added a salad to the order just for me. Wasn't that nice?

D: Making beef stew which will just be beef, broth, diced tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, corn and green beans -- should be Core.

Wow Kathy - way to go on avoiding the pizza - good for you!

My day so far:

Breakfast:
small container sf/ff yogurt
1 packet instant oatmeal w/brown sugar twin

BIG LUNCH!!!
6 oz steak
large baked potato (sour cream/butter on the side) - I left about half of it
mixed veggies (ate them all)
tossed salad (italian on the side - used the fork dipping technique)

diet pepsi and water

Only problem was the steak was nicely seasoned but VERY SALTY (sea salt?)....so I am freaking out about water retention and tomorrow am weigh in - trying to chug more water to flush out the salt.

Not sure about dinner - dh supposed to make a roast - but I don't think I want more beef - maybe I'll have an egg or something light for dinner if I'm hungry!

TOM just about done which is good also for weigh-in - keeping fingers and toes crossed!
