20 min upper body weight training
40 min walk to school

OK - here I go.....goal is to MOVE 4 times this week.
(I had a "4X" written there - but since I just got rid of all my 3X and 4X clothes...well, you know!)

Monday 11/10 - 25 min low impact aerobics

Tuesday

500 foot jog with my adorable little 57 year old mother who NEVER moves faster than a walk. :D

1 full hour of pilates accerated body sculpting video - that thing kicked my ***! :o
