It's Time. Brand new here.
Hi everyone. I am a 38 year old mom of two girls. Haven't been on a scale in at least a year, but stepped on today and it tipped to 168. I was shocked..but not sure why, because all of my clothes are tight. My goal weight is around 140-145 lbs, which is still the top end for my height I think (5'3).
Hoping to start counting calories and walking on my days off work. Definitely need some support. It's going to be so hard, but I must do this for me. I want to feel good about myself again. It's been at least 5 years since I was comfortable in my own skin.
