Hi everyone! Thank you all for having me here.. hope you don't mind my life story!
Like anyone else I am also wanting to change... not to make myself look good but to honestly just be healthy. It's also my first time reaching out to a group of people to share journeys with.
I'm 24 now, been overweight basically all my life. I was average when I was younger but just kept on racking the pounds and now am obese. I have a daughter, which I've gained weight from and never lost the baby weight. (She's 2)
I am 5'1, and weigh 243lbs. I fluctuate constantly between 230-240...
I just started exercising again, so I want to keep in habit with that.
My main problem is that I don't eat, and when I do I overeat. I have a hard time making time for myself for breakfast, and even lunch. By the time it's dinner I don't necessarily care what I'm eating, and if it's something I can portion control I usually go for the large meal versus a smaller one. Even then if I can choose the sizes it's obviously not a good meal lol.
I'm also very very picky, and carbs are an extreme weakness. (Chinese, pasta, potatoes, etc)
So anyway right now my first step is to increase my water in take, start exercising, and try to portion control my meals better.
