Thanks you all for coming in, I am planning to weigh in twice a week to keep a check on myself, Mondays and Thursdays look good... and i am switching to a two egg whites and half grapefruit breakfast for the period (hope to continue it later too
April 15th is my birthday, and based on my weight today, 15 lbs would take me into the 2-teens. I'm not positive I'll be able to make it but that sure would be a fantastic birthday present to myself!!
