Last week I didn't exercise at all. I was so depressed I couldn't motivate myself to do anything. However, today I worked out in the yard and garden for about three and a half hours. I'm soooo tired.
Played soccer with DH and the kids for half an hour today. What a workout!! And I fell. Heavily. There's nothing uglier than a fat woman falling. I have a badly bruised calf and whiplash.

Ran 45 minutes and clearly, in the process, addled what few brain cells of mine that perimenopause has not already befuddled!
I worked at raking and hauling stuff to the compost heap for 3 hours. The compost is 300 feet back and I made 7 trips there from the front of the house! I'm sore and happy!
A 2 1/2 hour walk with sis#1 and baby, kind of. We were gone for that long, but stopped at the library and got food (and no it wasn't good for me). But 1/ 2 the walk I did push the stroller.
