I searched around and didn't see one of these yet (if I missed it, my bad!) so I figured I'd start it up a couple days early. Only hit 4lbs in August, but I'm hopeful for more this time around.
Yay! I've been waiting for someone to start an October thread. I'm so in...I lost 10 lbs last month so I'm hoping to do so by Oct 1 too. Now that I'm very close to being considered a healthy weight for my height, losing weight is taking longer and getting harder, but I'm shooting for 10 anyways.
I am most definitely joining this for September. My weightless has gotten very off track the last few months and I have a 10lb gain as the results. I will do my official weigh-in on the 1st and will be aiming for at least 10lbs.
I'm in, I've been off and on track so much over the summer but slowly creeping down still. With school and work and wedding stuff I hope to stay on track but we shall see

I'd prefer to lose closer to 12, but we'll see what happens! Additionally I'll be tracking inches with a goal to lose at least 1" off of my waist. Of course 1.5-2 would be even better, but I dont want to set my sights too high and be disapointed.
I totally want to do this! I am not overly optimistic, simply because I got a large whoosh yesterday at my weigh-in, but I won't cry if I end up only 7 or 8 pounds down!

I'm in too! My mental block seems to be around 144. Hopefully September will be the month that I shatter that number. Here's to loosing 10 more, ladies!
