What a week -- congrats Montecristo....and Canuckgirl, Riddy, and Zogo....WAY TO GO!
My friend real life -- Dahlia55 posted on the Fall Back to Basics Challenge Sign-up, and we're looking forward to doing this together.
Tonight I was at the store at nearly midnight getting stuff to portion out my food for the workweek -- Tues-Fri....going to take stuff -- healthy stuff -- that I also like to eat to keep me outta da fast food drive through lane....
So, last week -- wow it went fast. And the end of August will be here before we know it....
Wow, again, great job with the weight losses -- you inspire me.
Woah- I blink and Tuesday is almost finished.
Sorry ladies. I hope your week has started off well. I'm currently bloated due to ovulation (sorry TMI) and feel miserable.
It will be good to haves few weeks whee I won't have to worry about my weight making or breaking it for the team- no pressure!

No additional weightloss yet this week, but I lost 1inch from both my bust and hips, and 1.5inches off my waist, so I'm pretty happy about that. My work pants are getting really loose....

Sorry I haven't posted in so long. I just finished school so I have more time now. I need to find a job but it's looking good so I am happy about that.
I haven't been doing well in regards to diet and fitness though. I have had a few good weeks and then I have a bad week. I'm still down from my starting weight, but I could have lost so much more if I had just stayed consistent. I have realized that I am an emotional eater so I need to work on that.

Naria -- welcome back -- hang in there gal -- this is all a work in progress. Good luck finding your job, and I saw that you had signed up for the Fall Back to Basics challenge. I will be on a team "officially" for the first time, so I'm trying to figure things out now.
I hear ya, zogo! I popped right back up after hitting my 100, and just got back down to it today. I'm hoping the downward trend continues for our last weigh in.
So I got home from work last night, and wasn't starving (weird), so I ate a cheese stick and decided to do my couch to 5K before dinner. Mega weird! SO not like me, but I'm so happy that I actually WANT to exercise! I really feel like I'm starting to live like a healthy person, even if I'm not at a healthy weight yet.
I have this challenge partly to thank for it. I've made it my goal to exercise every day, and have made it almost every day. So thanks, girls!

Zogo/Riddy- I 'feel' your pain. I've bee up most of the week just because of where I am in my cycle. I know it- logical acceptance in my mind, but I can't help but torture myself and step on the d*mn scale! I've been drinking my water & then some too- I think my body just stores it all -LOL
dh & I celebrated our 16th anniversary yesterday. We didn't do anything special- frozen pizza for dinner (kids request) but then we walked to Dairy Queen as a family. Kids got blizzards since it was miracle day and we got Peanut Buster Parfaits (2 for 1 coupon). Yes I ate the whole thing!
Then I ran 0.5 m as we walked home, just to prove to myself I could! Not recommended after all that ice cream
I love my scale (ducking as others throw their scales at me)....I'm down 3 (281) I've been planning and writing out my food this week. And went to the gym on Wednesday....And I agree -- when I think I'm up it is d*mn torture to get myself on that thangggg!
Well, it's Friday -- and the last weigh in is here -- the finish line is in sight gals! Drink your water if you need to flush salt.....eat healthy....it will all work out....I will have a bump up here on the scale any day now since I've lost a few....but it's an every day struggle. I hate da ole' scale bump up!

I'm heading away for the weekend, so I posted my weight already - down almost 2 pounds since hitting 100 - I'll take it! I'll try to check in on the phone, but if not, thanks for everything! You all have helped me build more healthy habits.
