I've been attending WW meetings but am switching to online plan. I do expect to go to a meeting once in awhile (every 4-6 weeks).
My question is: should I continue to record in my tracker my weight with clothes on (as if I am still regularly attending mtgs), or only record my am weight? I wanted to switch to just recording my am weekly weight but because I'll still be popping in to meetings this will screw up my chart (will always get logged as a weight gain when I attend a meeting since my clothes would be another 1.6-3 pounds.
Thoughts?

I was sporadic for a while with meetings (first from stuff going on in the fall, which led to kind of falling out of habit). When I enter weights on etools, instead of putting what the scale says, I subtract my weekly loss from my WW weight. So if, say, I have an 0.8 loss for the week going by the scale, I go into etools and look at current weight, subtract 0.8 from that. That number runs about 1.4 higher than what the scale reads. But when I do go to a meeting, weighing in doesn't throw everything off.
There can be a little hiccup here and there since it's two different scales, but my scale is generally really good at matching up with the one at the meetings.
