  • I'm just curious when everyone weighs/measures. Once a day/week/month? Morning, midday, night? With or without clothes?

    I'm currently weighing every morning without clothes. I can't not look at the scale every day lol. It actually helps me push myself if I've stayed the same or gained.
  • I also weigh every day, in the morning, without clothes. It helps me stay accountable.
  • I weigh naked, every saturday morning, after I pee... LOL.
  • I weigh every morning, without clothes. Like the pp said, it helps me stay accountable and motivated. I only document my weight on Wednesday though, since that is my weigh-in day.
  • I weigh every Monday morning officially in bra and panties. Because sometimes I have to weigh on the scale at work if my Wii fit won't work. But if its at home then its without clothes first thing in the morning.
  • I don't really pay attention to when I weigh in anymore. Usually I'll do it in the morning, and sometimes at night to see how much weigh I gained in a day haha. but usually in the morning, with underwear on only.
  • I weigh and measure every morning without clothes as well. Though I'm putting more stock in my measurements at this point, it's still nice to see where the scale goes.
  • Every morning I weigh in and document it in a Notepad file. Started February second and I've missed one day since.

    I do it both for motivation and because looking back on old data can be insightful. For instance, if I feel like I'm making no progress one week, I can look back and see that a few days in another week yielded almost exactly the same weight for several days in a row, then it dropped. I have it seperated in 2 week intervals and it's really nice seeing an obvious downward trend. I'm sure if the trend reversed, looking at the numbers would provide some accountability and help me redouble my efforts!

    Initially I recorded weigh-ins in the morning and afternoon, but with a shifting work schedule it got too difficult to manage.

  • i weight every morning with pajamas on.
    However, according to ww, my weight in day is saturday, so that is the one i really count. I try to convince myself that day to day fluctuations are okay as long as i'm sticking to plan, being active, and there is a downward trend in the long run.
  • i have started to weigh in every morning again, even though its that TOM and its so discouraging... it put into perspective this morning. My therapist suggested weighing yourself every morning and evening. She said she does this and it's taught her a lot about her body and how to love it. I haven't gotten brave enough yet to do that haha.
  • I have kind of a funky schedule, so I weigh at noon (I wake up at 7am but don't consume anything but a cup of coffee until weigh in). So I have a few pees in there, lol, and am lighter than I would be if I weighed right when I woke up. No particular reason, other than that's how I started doing it, that's how I like it, and have just always done it this way. Also, I weigh with no clothes on.

    I prefer to weigh daily, but I don't have a complex about seeing my weight every single day. Fluctuations don't bother me much, but I DO like the accountability of daily weigh ins. It makes me think before I cheat if I really want to see the results of that on the scale in the morning. So I can go a few days without weighing, but it starts to bug me if I have to go a week or more. And my official accountability weigh in is on Monday (it's in my signature).
  • I weigh daily and record but only move my ticket Mondays, which is problematic because travel Sundays usually leads to sodium city and water retention, which leaves me 3 lbs lighter on Wednesday then what my ticker says as is the case today.
  • I usually weigh in every morning without clothes. But, I'm curious as to when others measure themselves? Is that something that you usually do monthly? I never actually measured myself as I usually just jump on a scale and go by my weight. However, it would probably be very insightful to see how many inches I'm losing (hopefully not gaining lol)
  • I weigh once a week, on Saturday mornings, stark naked and post pee!

    I measure roughly once a month and jot them down in a little diary I bought for that purpose. I take photos (in my undies :S) every couple months.
  • i weigh in every friday morning naked post pee for my official weigh in, in between fridays varies, some weeks itll be every morning or even multiple times a day and ive had other weeks where i didnt weigh until the next friday.
