Hello! My name is Jessica. I am 27 (okay, 28 in about 2 weeks..) and I have been on a rollercoaster for this past year!
I had been plateaued around 140-145 for nearly 3 years, because I worked on my feet constantly, so I kept the weight down.
Now I am back at an old desk job, and gained 20 pounds in 9 months. I have not been able to drop it! I am currently sitting at 158, and I want to get down to my ultimate goal of 118.
Right now is just such a struggle because of the holidays, and coworkers are bringing in sweet stuff and all kinds of goodies.. EEK! I have been good, in that I have only had one piece of whatever comes into the office. I want to ignore it all together and it is HARD!!
Well, I have been drinking those Special K chocolate protein shakes and they are great at keeping me satisfied for a few hours. I also take a cheese stick w/ me, a banana and some rice patties (chocolate flavored! YUM-O)
I'm hoping to stick with it, as I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be at my goal weight by April!
I know I can do this!
