Hi All. New to this site today! Joined Ideal Protein August 9th. I know it has only been a couple of days but I feel I have adjusted quite well! I have been able to follow all the instructions easily and feel quite full. Only downside has been that I have been getting frequent minor headaches. Very excited to see what my first weigh in will say. My starting weight was 197 lbs. I am deliberately NOT stepping on the scale until my weigh in on tuesday. I am treating this like an experiment. I have followed everything to a T and have no cheats or restricted.
Reading everyone's success stories and progress makes me feel more comefortable with the program, as I felt very alone when I started this week. I am deliberately not telling anyone that I am trying IP because I have started and quit every other diet I have ever tried.

It's so nice to meet you. I too am new to 3FC. I am doing the South Beach Diet (very similar to what you are following in that it gets rid of bad carbs and relies on protein). Best of luck to you!
