I also had killer headaches because I went from having 12 oz of coffee in the morning, to 6 (so I wouldn't have to drink as much water to compensate :P). Do you normally drink any caffeinated beverages, and if so, have you decreased the amount? That's just another thought, aside from what I call, "carb detox."
It WILL stop though, even as early as tomorrow. And you will feel better than you have in years.
