I'm sorry about the slip up, I know that feeling of disappointment. You can't let that one bad meal wipe you out, though. Count it up as best as you can, take it from your weekly points and move on! It probably isn't going to be the last time you slip up, but hopefully it will stick with you a while and keep you on the straight and narrow. If you continue to slip up, it might be time to take a better look at the big picture, but for now - back in the saddle!
