Hi Everyone!!

As of today, I am a calorie counter now!

Weight this morning was 177.2 Lbs. I am 5 ft 1 in tall. I would like to get down to 118 Lbs.

I am going for 1400 - 1450 calories a day.

i am trying to get consistent with exercise. today I jumped on the mini-trampoline. I did about 3 sets at 10 minutes each. This is due to that being about all I can get away with before my 2 yr old finds me and wants to jump, too.

I have also walked about 20 minutes.

been doing good this week staying at the right calorie intake and it has given me the incentive to cut out all that late night snacking that I am so terrible for.

Wasn't supposed to weigh until Sunday but did this morning and am down 2.5 pounds!! Yay!!

Really need to stick to an exercise routine of some sort.... Any advise on getting motivated to do so?

Hi Stacey,
Welcome! I am also fairly new here. To get and stay motivated, I am starting a blog in which I just write down everything food and exercise related that goes on in my day.. Plus weighing myself every week and post on my fridge door a chart of my weekly weight progress..

Welcome. I'm pretty new to the site also, but so far I've had really good experiences with the people here. I hope you have lots of luck with your weight loss. (I wish I had a little trampoline! lol)
