As of today, I am a calorie counter now!
Weight this morning was 177.2 Lbs. I am 5 ft 1 in tall. I would like to get down to 118 Lbs.
I am going for 1400 - 1450 calories a day.
i am trying to get consistent with exercise. today I jumped on the mini-trampoline. I did about 3 sets at 10 minutes each. This is due to that being about all I can get away with before my 2 yr old finds me and wants to jump, too.
I have also walked about 20 minutes.
