I'd like to see everyone's progress pictures for inspiration! I go to the goal and mini goal photo albums when I'm feeling like this is impossible, but it would be awesome to see the pictures of those I actually talk to!

Thanks, criss! It's progress that needed to be made! When I looked back at the first picture, I remember how deflated and defeated I felt then, and I feel so much better now!

Oh, I hear you on that one! Even though I'm not at my goal weight now, I just feel so much better, when before, I wasn't able to even go out in public without feeling defeated and anxious.

This was me in the 180's. I had all sorts of control underwear and etc on under this thing - and I was only about 15!

This was me a few months ago between 148-150lbs (I am now 22).

I'm still somewhere near here, though with Christmas just around the corner I have been seriously slacking. I'm going to enjoy it and then get back on track in the new year (as everyone says - but at least I know I can eat well when I put my mind to it!

Thanks for setting up this thread. It's good to go back and look at older pictures of yourself - I never want to be where I was again and my eating habits of late could become a slippery slope if I'm not careful.

I can't wait to see more progress pictures! Everyone looks so great so far - and I love how so many people look so much happier in their 'now' pictures!

Freedomreins, your progress is motivating! I'm also super-envious of your confidence; I'd never be able to post a swimsuit picture.

Your arms look really muscular. Do you lift weights?

Haha criss, I wish. I started the New Rules of Lifting for Women and promptly forgot about it after 6 workouts. I think it's just the angle they're at to take the photo. Thank you though

I will not be leaving the house in this swimsuit - or posting a picture with my face! - anytime soon. I'm not that confident! But I do think that it was necessary to see the changes in my body.

Thanks transporter! You can do it - I am looking forward to seeing your bikini picture in a few months!

I guess I'm just unlucky then, haha. My arms are unproportionally flabby with the rest of my body. I tried lifting weights, and had jerk dudes at the gym make me uncomfortable.

Anyhow, you look amazing, keep it up!

LOL don't feel bad - I was washing my boyfriend's hair one day and he was staring at my arm jiggle

He kind of giggled about it and certainly didn't mean it hurtfully but hey, I'm sensitive about my bat wings!! So I totally feel you - I wish we could spot reduce!

I haven't been on this board in ages. Forcing myself to look at my pictures again has been pretty motivating - I worked so hard, I am not going to let caramel drizzle popcorn and chocolate ruin my waistline again just because it's Christmas!
