Great losses this week Red team!! The results aren't posted yet, but I'm sure they will be soon. For those of us (like me ) who had less than fantastic results, I know we can all do better this week. We are strong!!!
How about a movie challenge this week? Quote a famous line in a movie, and the next person has to name the movie, and then name their own quote. (Not much to do with weight loss, but still fun? )

I'm still stuck at 193...but instead of continuing to wait it out, I'm going to change some things up this week. I plan on upping my calories to 1500 and adding strength training in the mix. We'll see how it goes.

Mixing it up sounds like a great idea...isn't another famous quote that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results? I know for me that if I'm doing everthing on plan, and I don't lose, then the plan isn't right. Right now my biggest problem is just making a plan and sticking to it. I didn't go grocery shopping this weekend, which could be a problem for me this week, but I'm going to get it done tonight, and so far I'm doing good for staying on plan today.

I'm terrible at movies- so I'm not much of a player for this. Just wanted to pop in & say Hi. Hope everyone's week got off to a good start. We're such a quiet group. But I know as the weather gets nice- I'm not on the computer as much.

Had in interesting weekend. Finally had a good loss which was a nice confidence boost. Then Saturday night I met a guy, double confidence boost! I don't really know if he likes me. He seemed to, but then he could just be a flirty drinker. I've been obsessing; I haven't had a crush in a long time. I'll keep you guys posted if it goes anywhere.
I am so so sorry...I was in court all day Monday, and when I got home I was so exhausted that I just collapsed into bed. I completely forgot about the results...I'll have them up shortly. Sorry!
Went to the store and got lots of groceries so I have no excuse not to eat at home this week. I think I'm going to try to make kale chips in the next day or so. I'll let you ladies know if they're any good.

Well had a great weekend but it was totally off plan so Monday I went strictly back OP and will keep it that way till weigh in Saturday and will hopefully have a loss again

Hi ladies. I'm here! Haha. Been a quiet week for me. It's TOM and I've been a little moody. I did try to do the 30 day shred level 1 today. I only made it through 15 minutes. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I threw up after. Not making excuses, it just means tomorrow I will try for 20 minutes. I have to start getting my exercising butt into gear. Hope you all have a great Hump Day!
