Sept.1-Jogged 8 miles

Okay, okay, okay!!!! I HATE EXERCISE!!!
But, i have an exercise bike (the arms move on it too) and i got the DAMN thing out and rode for 10 minutes!!! This site is some motivator i tell ya!!! I will try and ride it everyday this week----Thank ya'll for the incentives!!! debyj
