Update on my chinese food post from last night.
well i got beef and broccoli and was not good about what I ate. I ate a bunch of rice, a fried wonton, and an eggroll. Then a couple hours later I started feeling sick. I threw up all night long! It was not pretty. Now i don't think it was cause I ate off plan but it sure kicked any chinese cravings I might have had. My 3 year old was also sick. I also skipped my weigh in this morning cause I knew it wouldn't be realistic. Maybe I'll weigh in later this week when I can eat again.
