L Arm: 16.5" (halfway between elbow and shoulder)
Bust: 51" (with bra on)
Waist: 44"
Abdomen: 50" (just below belly button)
Hips/Butt: 53"
L Thigh: 27" (halfway between hip and knee)
Calf: 16.5" (halfway between ankle and knee)
Neck: 17.5"



Today: 8/12/2002
L Arm: 15" (-1.5")
Bust: 49.5" (-2.5")
Waist: 40" (-4")
Abdomen: 48" (-2")
Hips/Butt: 49" (-4")
L Thigh: 25.5" (-1.5")
Calf: 16.5" (-0")
Neck: 16" (-1.5")

Total Lbs Lost: 41, total inches lost: 17"!!

I took my measurements at the beginning of my "Operation Renewed Resolve." I'm in week four now, and will be taking my measurements again at the end of this week. Here's what they were to start:

right upper arm 14.25"
waist 39"
hips 49.5"
right thigh 31"

These are the four measurements listed in the front of the WW 12-week journal.

Since beginning Operation Renewed Resolve three weeks ago, I've lost 8 1/2 lbs. I'm seeing lost inches mostly in my hips and thighs. The tape will tell the truth on Thursday!
