Oh yeah, food planning, right. I tried to do some food prep yesterday but got distracted by assembling my new kitchen cart that I just bought (much needed storage space for my small kitchen) and didn't... will do it tonight though.

Monday's plan:
B - Publix breakfast bread, skim milk, coffee
S - banana
L - Kashi frozen entree
S - small apple, almonds, lowfat yogurt
gym - umm... oh what the heck am I doing at the gym now? Lol... cardio and I'll figure out what body part to work...
D - pork fajita casserole thingy from "clean eating" magazine, green beans

I've hit a 3 year high and I know it wasn't the enchiladas last night. The serving size is 2 and I only had 1. My pants are tight and this is just ridiculous.

E~30 minutes treadmill
B~grapefruit, cheese stick
S~hard boiled egg
L~leftover marinated salad (jicama, zucchini, tomatoes, black beans, green onions, salsa, lime juice served over Romaine), small apple
S~yogurt
S~2 slices turkey with LC cheese
D~not sure yet. Probably something chicken. I may need to go to the store for some more lettuce for a salad or some veggies. I seem to be lacking veggies for some reason. I sure thought I bought enough Saturday, but they all got chopped up and and put in salads and enchiladas!

The weekend was a little out of control for me with food, well, specifically ice cream on Saturday and a bowl of mixed nuts next to me all afternoon and birthday cake on Sunday, so back OP today.

Today:
Exercise - going to beat out some frustration on my weight bag when I get home along with some swiss ball work. Will do some Weider exercises if the blister on my hand hasn't popped. Maybe finish with some cardio. Depends on how much I calm down during the day, or if I stay ticked off about this accountant search.

B: smoothie,
S: pb&j (why have I gotten stuck on pb&j for snack lately? that has to change...)
L: grilled chicken salad
S: fresh broccoli
S: fat free yogurt - not my favorite flavor, one of DH's, but it is about to expire and I'm too cheap to let it go bad without anyone eating it...
S: Kashi Go Lean
D: turkey sausage with veggies over rice
S: skinny cow

WOW. Reading that I even sound irritable listing a menu. I have to loosen up today...

ETA: loosening up was a failuere... led to chicken fingers for lunch instead of my planned salad, and while they I only had 3 and they weren't really terrible calorie wise, now my tongue feels like an oil slick... And, DHs buddy is swearing AGAIN that he is coming over to hang tonight, after standing him up again last night. Everytime he says he is coming I reschedule my afternoon to get dinner done early, with the plan to exercise while he & DH hang out. He no shows and DH wants to hang with me then, so no exercise. I just put my foot down and said I'm exercising whether buddy shows or not - DH can hang by himself and listen to music after dinner if he gets stood up, I can't fill in the gap again... whiney rant over!

This weekend was crazy hard, and I ate too much and generally feel sluggish. Eating more...does not...help!

Plan for today:

B - English muffin w/ one egg, 1 slice deli ham
L - Salad greens w/ tuna, radishes, greens, cucumber, honey mustard dressing. Basically using up all of our leftover veggies with a can of tuna.
S - Muscle milk lite smoothie w/ frozen strawberries
D - Salad from deli while grocery shopping - Greens, kidney beans, grilled chicken, broccoli, cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, and some croutons.
S - NSA Ice Cream Bar

E - 90 min cardio

My idea of chicken for dinner last night turned into a burger. This time I ate it with the bun because last week when I went bunless I was so hungry that I ended up eating ice cream. Not a good substitution for a bun!

E~30 minutes treadmill
B~grapefruit, 2 lowfat cheese sticks
S~hard boiled egg
L~leftover seafood enchiladas, small apple
S~yogurt
S~2 slices turkey with LC cheese
D~chicken tonight--grilled lemon chicken with a salad

B: Smoothie,
S: pb&j
L: grilled chicken salad or turkey broccoli pita, depends on if I want to drive anywhere...
S: broccoli florets with a little salsa
S: fat free strawberry white chocolate yoplait
S: chocolate milk after run if I'm dying when I get home and try to cook
D: pasta with red sauce and ground turkey breast
S: skinny cow or peanut butter graham cracker

Yesterday - OP. Today - on track. Which is good, because the scale is NOT pleased with my week of family stuff and overeating. I know that during times of grief, it really isn't top priority and I get that, but I hate that my body can take a week of "not being super careful" and turn it into 5 lbs. And that's AFTER dropping 4 of water weight.

B - Smoothie - Froz strawberries, plain yogurt, almond milk, half scoop protein powder
S - Apple w. laughing cow
L - Salad w/ grilled chicken, some grilled veggies, carrot, cucumber, a laughing cow wedge, a few croutons, and light balsamic spray dressing
S - WW tortilla, 1 tbsp hummus, tzatziki, greens, deli turkey
S - Frozen grapes
D - Roasted pork tenderloin, couscous with roasted veggies, roasted asparagus
S - NSA Ice Cream, 1 tbsp key lime curd, 1 cup strawberries

E - 60 min high intensity cardio (the video instructor = clearly insane), 60 min strength/cardio intervals

S - 6 oz. lowfat yogurt, mango, 1 oz. almonds
gym - ? cardio!

Yesterday, I added 200 calories worth of treats...a small glass of wine and three chocolate covered strawberries. But it was my anniversary, and hey, the strawberries were fruit (and delicious).

B - Egg white w/ turkey bacon, veggies, sourdough toast
S - Frozen Grapes
L - Leftovers - Pork tenderloin, ww couscous with roasted veggies, roasted asparagus
S - Turkey/Tzatziki/Greens in a WW tortilla
S - Plain yogurt w/ sliced strawberries
D - Roasted Veggie and Chicken Penne w/ Fibergourmet pasta and red sauce
S - NSA Ice Cream Bar

E - 60 min cardio, 60 min yoga booty ballet OR 30 min additional cardio (I am either going to trade my long cardio day tomorrow with my YBB day today, or find a way to fit in the YBB...not sure which yet, with my schedule)
