At 163.5 as of this a.m. I had gone down to 161.5, but I felt really tired and literally drained, just dehydrated. I'm drinking lots of water, but just being outdoors a lot in the sun takes it out. Also a lot of exercise drains glycogen and the water that goes with it. Leading to veiny, "cut" hands and arms. It works for Madonna, I guess, but I don't like that look.
Felt much better today, and had a good hard workout. The non-scale aspects are coming along well: the batwings are gone (thank you triceps pushdowns), loose skin nonexistent, and even cellulite is less. This means my muscle mass is steady or gaining. And I'm getting some delts, too. Heck, if this keeps up and I get my waistline down, I don't care what the scale says.
