Hello, My name is Christine and I am trying to lose weight.
I have already lost 10 pounds in two weeks by cutting out dairy ( I am lactose intolerant and wheat products ( also another sensitivity).
I have been following the hypothyroid diet guidelines as I am hypo thyroid and my metabolism hasn't been working quite the same since I turned 40.
I am going to be adding extra exercise to my regime next month.
