New to 3FC forum

  • Hello all,
    My name is Pinky774. I started a weight loss project for the new year. I have 100+lbs to lose. I reached an alltime high this past April that was 25+lbs, due to depression medication. I do not know what I weigh now, but I am a size smaller. I am counting calories and watching carbs. Exercise sitting in a chair daily, not that strenuous. I plan to include walking 4 times a week soon. I also plan to get a scale and face the music. This site seems like a good choice for help and information. I really want this to work.

    Hi,
    I am planning to do just the chair arm exercises to finish out January, then add the walking after I lose some weight. At some point using 5 lb weights during the arm exercises. I did this a few years ago and lost 30 lbs and alot of inches too. This time around I am starting at a higher weight.
  • Hi! I'm new also! Just starting on a very low carb lifestyle, lost 8 pounds in first week with about 40 more to go!!! Wanting to begin weight training with alternating cardio 4-5 days a week! Good luck all!!!!
