What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? The scale hitting 190 when I said it would never go over 160
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Giving in to going out to eat and having drinks
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? I need to improve on making my cardio more intense, making sure to eat enough calories and making excuses for my behavior in both areas!
