What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I hate the way I look in the mirror and would love to keep up with the kids without being so tired all the time

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? I need to track my eating - counting calories, protein and fat - I need to get more exercise and eat healthier foods.
