Hello Everyone...
Well... July is here and I have no idea where the days are going! I sure do hope that everyone is doing well and I am sure that you have done your best to meet your goal last month. I know I tried my best and got in 27.75 Miles for June. Lets just keep our perspective and remember that we are out there doing something even if we don't do what we hope to... summer is a difficult time of year with so many activities to be at.
I say to you all for the hard work
you have put in so far Keep it up
and never feel discouraged... you
are out there!
My Goal for July will be: 35 Miles
Wishing you a very Thought-filled,
Safe and Happy 4th of July!
*Smiles*

I'm going to be on vacation for the first few days of July celebrating my birthday (Yay!), but plan on getting back to my regular walking when I return.

Good Morning Gals
I got in 2.25 miles this morning with my hubby We were out and about at 5:30 this morning and what a beautiful morning it is! The weather finally broke and the humidity is so much lower. I have all my windows open for the first time in weeks -
what a great feeling!!

Good to see you Mrs Beasley - you did WONDERFUL last month!! Wow! 55miles... I'm impressed
Good to see that you'll be joining us, Schatzi
Hi Amy! I loved your new picture!! I still think you are a DOLL! I hope your move is going well... I am so sorry I haven't been around... it's just been so hard to get on when hubby is home and with all the activities. If I had a laptop it would be great!! Maybe for Christmas this year
Hi Cathy... how are you? I see that you have been chuggin' along with your workouts and life too
Hi Dinah, Did you make your 50 miles? I saw you were hoping to by the end of June
Hi Trixie! How are you doing girl... you have been truckin' along with your miles I see... The weather sure does play havoc on you, doesn't it!?! It felt so good this morning with the humidity GONE when we walked! It is suppose to be nice like this through the whole weekend here in NE, Ohio - yeah!! I hope you have the same in Canada soon!
Hi Selina, I am so glad to see you stopped by - my goodness girl... you have your hands full! I think you are gaining from the stress and lack of good sleep... us gals are known to gain weight with lack of sleep. Hang in there sweeetzzz you will adjust soon and it will work out. You are such a great person to be taking in those children and loving them as you do... Bless your heart!
Is your hubby better from the pneumonia? *Prayers for all in your family!*
Hi Cindy-Gail, you did pretty good too!!! I only got in 27, but we were out there!!
Hi Smilan... welcome to the Walkers Thread... I do hope you'll be back
I hope I haven't left anyone out... please know it was not deliberate and that I do hope to see you all back and posting... *Have a WONDERFUL Holiday!!!*
Glad you like the new photo Sunny Ain't we cute. hahaha
Well June was a bust for me. But I hope July will be better. We got our bed and dresser and dogs moved in to the new place last night. Thats all we need. haha I love the new place. It couldn't be any better. We just happened to get a unit with a wood look laminate floor from the kitchen to the dining room to the bathroom. Its beautiful! The living room and bedroom have nice new pretty carpet. Not like most of the ugly apartment carpet you get. And I found out that 2 of the neighbors also have small dogs like my Foxy girl so its a nice animal neighborhood. Should get everything else moved over this 3 day weekend and still manage to have some fun. We're supposed to bike ride Sunday with friends. Ok, I'm done talking your ears off. haha
Hello Everyone!!! How are you? I'm doing good. I got in 23.5 miles for June, my goal my 13, this month Im still aiming low b/c I dont know what the weather will be like and I would rather aim low and go over my goal than aim to high and not reach it, so I'm only aiming for 15 this month, but that doesnt mean I'll stop once I reach 15!! The weather is cooler here, it is supposed to be all weekend which will be nice, it is only 24 today (celcius) so Im hoping I will get some walking in today and tomorrow. It is canada day so we'll be going to see fireworks tonight. Well have a good weekend everyone!!
Hi, can I join in. Need some accountability and SunnyD invited me to join you all at this site. I'm a walker (or at least since April). Got in 52 miles for June and have a goal of 50 for July, not sure if it's attainable but I'll try. Don't like the hot & humid weather at all but don't like this fat either! Won't be able to get back on until after the 4th so hope everyone has a happy & safe 4th of July! - Margie
Hi everybody, I finished off June with 48 miles, so I'm setting my July goal for 50. That means I've got to have more 3-mile days than I did last month, if I'm going to have any days off at all. Started off the month with a 2.5 mile WATP. I'll try to pick up another mile this evening or an extra tomorrow.
Hello! How was everyones weekend? Mine went good, we had some cooler weather so I got in some walking, 3.5 miles! My eating was horrible this weekend but I'm not giving up Im getting right back on track today!
