Salmon Cakes -- 5 Points

Recipe By : Weight Watchers Meeting
Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:20

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 15-16 oz can salmon -- drained
1 cup ricotta cheese -- fat free
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup onion -- chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
4 tablespoons bread crumbs

Shape into 4 patties. Coat each with 1 Tablespoon breadcrumbs. Brown both sides. Mix and chill 2 hours.

Each Serving: 3 P, 1 M and 1 B. Points: 5
