To Emily: Welcome Back!!! A good friend of mine is totally allergic to wheat, milk, gluton, you name it. But, she can eat chicken (plain) and sweet potatoes. oh yeah, she's allergic to yeast, too. It's amazing how much stuff she's allergic to! I feel for you! Hopefully you're feeling better.
