Hey guys, I'm joining again. I managed to kick my addiction to Cheetos. I'd gotten to the point where I'd promised myself that I'd save 2 euros for every day that I didn't eat any and even that didn't work! But then I went vegan for a week (Greek Orthodox Church stuff) and after that I got strep throat, so I didn't eat any for over two weeks. I don't think I'll ever touch them again.
I also lost most of the regain while I was sick. I've been doing well for the past few days and I hope I can keep it up.
Breakfast: An egg, 1 slice of bacon, 10 grams of regato cheese, coffee.
Lunch: Beef, pasta, marinara sauce, salad
Dinner: Dessert my dad brought and I couldn't resist.
So, I'm at 972 calories.
